Fifty Pounds Gin Cocktail Winter Pimms

The Pimm’s Summer Cup is as British as it gets, and changing up the flavours to fit the season a bit more, you get a heartwarming winter cup: Gin, an orange spiced Whisky Liqueur and a mix of both ginger ale and cider take this drink to the next level.

Not a fan of one of the mixers?  Then leave it out, the drink combines well with either one their own as well!

The Recipe

Serving: 1


  • 40ml Gin
  • 20ml Sacred English Whisky Liqueur (or Drambuie)
  • 20ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • Top with a splash of both Ginger Ale AND Cider

How to make or shake it

Add first four ingredients to a glass with plenty of ice and stir

Add a bit more ice and top with both Ginger Ale and Cider

Garnish abundantly with e.g. Mint, Raspberries, Orange Zeste, Lemon Wedge etc…
