Classically the Gimlet is a simple 50-50 mix of gin and lime cordial but like every other drink, the Gimlet can be expanded to create other versions and riffs.  We’ve chosen the Mandarin Gimlet which is sweet, tart, tangy and refreshing and therefor perfect at any dinner or Garden party.

Try to use Satsuma mandarins which are not to be confused with clementine’s, oranges, or even tangerines. They’re sweet like honey, with just the tiniest bit of acid, and the flesh of the fruit itself is incredibly tender.
