Fifty Bar Blues Gin Cocktail

I have a habit of only making strong, ‘sophisticated’ drinks with Fifty Pounds Gin, to match its clean taste and elegant style. This time though, I wanted to show its fun side in a long fruity drink, and I just couldn’t get the idea of using blueberries out of my head.

So this is what I came up with – the Fifty Bar Blues – a tall, sweet, refreshing glass of good times to beat these cold, dark, wet days in the UK.

The Recipe

Serving: 1


  • 8-10 Blueberries
  • 3oz Apple Juice
  • 1.5oz @fiftypoundsgin
  • 1/2oz Blueberry Liqueur
  • 1/2oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 1/2oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/4oz Sugar Syrup

How to make or shake it

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled tall glass. Garnish with blueberries.
