This cocktail is a riff on existing cocktails taken from the 1977 book ‘Complete World Bartender Guide’.
As a riff cocktail some of the ingredients changed or extras are added, but the base is the same.

Ingredients
- 40ml Gin (Fifty Pounds)
- 100ml Pineapple Juice
- 1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
- Dash Tonic Bitter (The Bitter Truth)
- Dash Pineapple Star Anise Bitter (Better’s Bitters)
How to make or shake it
Shake all ingredients and strain into Coupe Glass. Use a large block of clear ice. Garnish with honey roasted dehydrate pineapple wheel. Add few extra drops Pineapple Star Anise Bitter on top of the ice.
