Feels like Spring has sprung here, and we're mixin Feels like Spring has sprung here, and we're mixing something fresh and bright to celebrate.⁠ ⁠ Green Apple Smash⁠ ⁠ 50mls Fifty Pounds gin⁠ 50mls Manzanilla sherry⁠ Juice of one green apple⁠ Juice of half a lemon⁠ simple syrup⁠ Sparling water ⁠ ⁠ Add all ingredients and shake with ice, then pour into a tumbler with one large cube and a slice of fresh green apple or three.
