Ingredients
25ml Fifty Pounds Gin
1 Fresh Squeezed Lime
25ml Caribbean Pineapple Liqueur (Giffard)
10ml Grenadine (Monin)
10ml Cane Sugar Syrup
Dash Pineapple Star Anise Bitter (Better’s Bitters)
Soda Water (to top up)
How to make or shake it
Mix all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice. Strain into a can glass over two large cubes of clear ice. Top up with soda water and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
