I’ve always loved the design of the Fifty Pounds gin bottle and I wanted to create a cocktail that would stand up next to it and look just as smart.

The Recipe

Serving: 1


  • 50ml Fifty Pounds Gin
  • 20ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 15ml Homemade Rosemary Syrup*
  • Squid Ink

How to make or shake it

*(Sugar and lemon-water brought to the boil with fresh rosemary, then left to steep for 20 mins and fine strained)

Shake & fine strain into chilled coupette / flute
