The Breakfast Martini is a delicious crowdpleaser and amazingly easy to make. I chose Raspberry Jam as the star of the drink, not just because it’s a personal favourite, but because the pairing of Fifty Pounds Gin and Chambord (Raspberry liqueur) is also downright wonderful.
The Recipe
Serving: 1
Ingredients
60ml Gin
20ml Chambord
1 heaping barspoon of Raspberry Jam
15ml Lime Juice
How to make or shake it
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Shake with plenty of ice for 12 – 15 seconds
Double strain (carefully!) in a coupe glass
Garnish with a fresh Raspberry
