While detractors can dismiss the Gimlet as “alcoholic lime”, made well it is a lovely drink.

  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Ice

How to make or shake it

  1. Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with a lime
